Returns Policy

Returning an order

We believe in complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, returns are FREE for UK customers only, please return within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. The quickest and easiest way is to use our online Returns process. Log in to your online account using the email address you used to place your order. Go to completed orders, choose the items you wish to return and follow the instructions to complete the request. The FREEPOST address will appear on your confirmation email.  Alternatively, if you are not able to use our online system, you can download and complete a Returns Form - click here to download the form.

Goods should be unused and in the original packaging with the labels intact. We recommend that you retain proof of postage.

Refunds are credited to the card used to make the original transaction.

Faulty or damaged goods

All Raindrops products are carefully inspected prior to despatch, however, if in the unlikely event you find a fault with any product, you may return it to us for an exchange or a refund. Goods will be replaced free of charge. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancelling an order

We are able to cancel your order up to the point of despatch, however, if the order has been despatched from our warehouse, a refund will be issued for the value of the goods only, not including postage charges.

Trade and Discounted Sales

Volume discounted orders are deemed business to business transactions and different terms and conditions apply.
